What We Prohibit
Violations result in account suspension or termination. Absolutely not allowed:
- Harassment & Bullying – Targeting users with insults, threats, or targeted negative behavior.
- Hate Speech – Discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- Explicit Adult Content – Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit conversations. This is a social platform, not adult entertainment.
- Violence & Harm – Glorifying, promoting, or threatening physical harm to anyone.
- Illegal Activities – Discussing or promoting illegal substances, theft, fraud, or other crimes.
- Spam & Advertising – Promoting products, services, websites, or social media accounts. No unsolicited commercial messages.
- Impersonation – Pretending to be someone else, including celebrities, Toronto Cam staff, or other users.
- Privacy Violations – Sharing others' personal information without consent (doxxing).
- Underage Use – Anyone under 18 is prohibited. If you suspect a user is underage, report immediately.
Content That May Be Removed
We may remove content that:
- Is off-topic or disruptive to conversations
- Contains graphic violence or disturbing imagery
- Promotes self-harm or suicide
- Is misleading or spreads misinformation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
Enforcement Actions
We take violations seriously. Depending on severity:
- Warning – First-time minor offenses receive warnings with explanation.
- Temporary Suspension – Repeated violations or serious single offenses result in temporary bans (24 hours to 30 days).
- Permanent Ban – Severe violations, including illegal activity, result in immediate permanent removal.
- Legal Reporting – Illegal content is reported to appropriate authorities.
Appeals Process
If you believe your account was suspended in error:
- Contact us via our contact form within 30 days.
- Provide your username, date of suspension, and explanation of why you believe it was an error.
- Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days.
- Final decisions are at Toronto Cam's discretion.
Reporting Violations
Help us maintain a great community:
- Use the "Report" button during video chats for immediate issues
- Submit detailed reports through our contact form
- Include username, date/time, and description of the violation
- We investigate all reports confidentially
Age Requirement
Toronto Cam is strictly for users 18 and older. By using our platform, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated.
